Echo Magazine

Columbia College Chicago issues a bi-annual student-designed and run magazine called Echo. As a collaboration between a group of designers and journalists, Echo comes to life across a 15 week production time. From ideation to execution I was an active member throughtout the entire process; whether contributing through design, illustration or harping fellow teammates to meet their deadlines.

My Role

As the Production Manager for Echo I worked very much so behind the scenes, my bylines were limited but my ideas were spread throughout. The typefaces, colors, grid system, and most layouts were filtered through me. One of my favorite layouts I worked on was the back of the book masthead literally featuring the heads of all those who contributed in a fun and interactive design.
